1) Also 'waters'. Landscape features comprising any body of water, standing of flowing, including the water column, littoral zones and bed, such us the sea, lakes, river or stream, etc. 2) Any mass of water having definite hydrological, physical, chemical and biological characteristics and which can be employed for one or several purposes.
