EEA/DIS/20/020 - IT consultancy services in the area of web development to the European Environment Agency (leading contracting authority) and the European Commission, DG ENV and DG CLIMA (participating contracting authorities)

The EEA, as leading contracting authority for the purpose of this inter-institutional call for tenders, and the European Commission, Directorate-General for Environment (DG ENV) and Directorate-General for Climate Action (DG CLIMA), as participating contracting authorities, seek to establish framework service contracts in cascade for the provision of IT services and support in the following areas:

• Web development with Python, Zope and Plone; Node.js, React and Elasticsearch; and
• DevOps operations with Jenkins, Docker; and
• Availability of 1^st and 2^nd level helpdesk support services of said web development.
