The purpose of this call for tenders is to establish a framework service contract with an economic operator covering the following two main sets of tasks:

- design, development, deployment and population of the Copernicus land portal;

- provision of consultancy services relating to operations and maintenance, content and data management, user support and further limited developments of the Copernicus land portal.
