Framework service contract for the provision of expert assistance to support activities on energy, mobility, air pollution, climate change mitigation and adaptation to:

1. The European Environment Agency (leading contracting authority), and

2. The European Commission, in particular, Directorate-General for Environment and Directorate-General for Climate Action (participating contracting authorities)

The purpose of this call for tenders is to establish a single framework service contract for each lot with (a) service provider(s) in the area of energy, mobility, air pollution, climate change mitigation and adaptation. The call for tender is split into 2 (two) lots: Lot 1: Energy, mobility and the environment and Lot 2: Air pollution, climate change mitigation and adaptation. The contract may be signed with a different economic operator for each lot.
