Adjustments to Member States’ annual emission allocations for each year of the period from 2013 to 2020 calculated applying global warming potential values from the fourth IPCC assessment report, under Annex II of Commission Implementing Decision of 31 October 2013 on the adjustments to Member States' annual emission allocations for the period from 2013 to 2020 pursuant to Decision No 406/2009/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (2013/634/EU) (OJ L 292, 21.10.2013, p. 19) This dataset is used to adjust the emission limits published in the previous Commission decision, so as to take into account the change in the scope of the EU ETS between the second trading period (2008–2012) and the third trading period (2013–2020), as foreseen under Article 10 of the Effort Sharing Decision.
