Note: Data for 1996 is missing for Greece, Montenegro and Serbia. Data for 2012 is missing for several countries and the missing data have been filled by data of the closest available year. Specifically, for Norway, Greece, Bulgaria and FYR Macedonia instead of 2012, 2011 data have been presented on the graph. For Romania 2010 data has been used instead of 2012 data and finally, for Lithuania 2009 data has been used instead of 2012 data.
