the difference between the value of all newly-generated goods and services, and the value of all goods and services consumed as intermediate consumption. For France and Italy, sectoral WAM projections had to be gap-filled to calculate EU15 greenhouse gas projections. Since sectoral emission projections are missing for Cyprus and Malta, greenhouse gas projections for the EU27 are calculated on the basis of projections reported by the remaining 25 Member States. The 20052010 percent variation for the EU25 was applied to Cyprus and Malta to obtain an EU27 projection for 2010. No additional measures were reported for Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland. For these Member States, the ´with existing measures´ projections were used for the calculation of the EU15 and EU27 ´additional measures´ projections.
