EEA/IAS/20/002 - Negotiated procedure for the support to the design of EEA briefings on drivers of change, production and consumption systems and resource nexus issues

The EEA wishes to enter into a contract with a service provider to support the development of the assessment for an EEA briefing on implications of drivers of change on European production and consumption systems (raw materials and natural resources, food, energy and climate, and socioeconomic aspects), to be published in 2020 Q4. The required services include background analysis and characterization of selected narratives on potential implications.
