Overview of the capture rates for textiles and shoes per country, 2020

In this figure, the capture rate for textiles and shoes is calculated by dividing the amount of separately collected textile waste from households by the sum of the amount of separately-collected textile waste from households and the amount of textile waste in mixed municipal waste from households. The latter is based upon WCAs performed by the countries listed. As there is no harmonised method for conducting a WCA across Europe, these numbers should be interpreted cautiously.
