Note: For the purpose of this indicator, weather and climate-related extreme events are defined as meteorological events (storms), hydrological events (floods, mass movements) and climatological events (heatwaves, cold waves, droughts, forest fires).
Total economic damages, in million euros (2020 values), are based on records from CATDAT provided by RiskLayer (dataset url is not available)) and Eurostat structural indicators.
