The figure shows air pollutant emission inventory data reported to the EEA by EU Member States under the Gothenburg Protocol (Convention on Long-range Transboundary Air Pollution), 1990-2020, available from the EEA’s Air pollutant emissions data viewer (consulted 7 October 2022). The figure includes releases from the following nomenclature for reporting (NFR) sectors: NFR 1b1a, 1B1c, 1B2ai, 1B2b, 1B2C and 2A5a.
